I will not hold the organisers responsible for any injury or loss to my property or person however caused, before, during or after the event. I consent to my details being kept on file as a record of my registration. Children of 16 and under may only participate with the consent of a parent / guardian and if at Sawston Village College by signing this application form you approve for the student’s name to be identified and used to credit their college house.

Entry fees before midday 8th May 2026 (after which prices will increase) :

Preschool children are free - but must be registered

£7 for school years 1-11

£16 for adults (17 years and over)
